William O'Neil
Position : President

Bill’s current credentials and wealth of experience at sea and as former Secretary-General of the IMO (1990 – 2003), Chairman of the IMO Council, and Canada's representative to the Council make him a natural choice to be at the helm of maritime training.
Bill became President of Videotel in 2004. He also has a number of senior responsibilities elsewhere in the maritime industry as the Chancellor of the World Maritime University and Chair of the Governing Board of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute. 

Captain Len Holder
Position : Chairman

Len’s lifetime in the maritime industry and dedication to developing better training practices are hard to match. After serving at sea for 10 years, Len came ashore to undertake study and research at Liverpool Polytechnic, becoming Director of the School of Engineering and Technology Management over his time there. From 1989, Len has acted as independent consultant. He is a founder member of the Nautical Institute, serving as President (1993-1996), and Master of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners (2000-1). He is currently Chairman of their Apprentices Committee.
On top of his commitment to Videotel as Chairman, consultant and advisor on many Steering Groups, Len also uses his skills to write for a number of industry publications and has recently captured some of his experiences in his book ‘A Light Hearted Look at Seafaring’.

Stephen Bond
Position : Managing Director

Stephen is the driving force behind Videotel. One of the original founders, Stephen has been committed to improving and delivering maritime training for over 30 years. Stephen frequently travels the world visiting clients and attending events, gaining perspective on the industry first hand and understanding modern practices and challenges. In head office he chairs many of the Steering Groups for the development of new titles and pushes on delivering training in the best possible way. For Stephen, the work is never done.

Captain Milind Karkhanis
Position : Vice President, Videotel Training Services

At sea, Milind served as a Master and gained more than 15 years of sea experience. On shore, his career includes roles as Marine Superintendent, Surveyor with a leading Classification Society, Head of Safety & Quality and Designated Person of a large Hong Kong based ship management company (with a strength of 40+ ships), and lecturer at a UK nautical college. Milind’s involvement in course development, records management and understanding of legislation is a great asset to our training quality and standards.

Raal Harris
Position : Vice President, Digital Manager

Raal is responsible for shaping IT and digital production policy, resourcing the IT and multimedia departments and developing new product lines. Prior to this role, Raal spent 4 years running our multimedia department, using his creativity to expand product interactivity and spearheading various projects. Along with his previous years in multimedia development and time spent lecturing, Raal’s instinctive understanding of technology and natural resourcefulness contributes greatly in enhancing Videotel training delivery, user experience and product standards.

Loulla Mouzouris
Position : Head of Rentals and Sales

Loulla heads up the busy sales team at Videotel. A background in freight forwarding and over 15 years with Videotel means she is the woman to speak to about any product or title, her multilingual talents making life even easier. Loulla’s instinctively understands the nature of the business and goes out of her way to ensure the client gets the best training package possible.
Loulla can often be found at various conferences around the world where she is quick to help out and advise on titles and training solutions.

Kathrein Günther
Position : Head of Production

Kathrein is producer to numerous directors, writers and technical experts that work for Videotel, as well our talented in-house multimedia department, and heads the teams that produce at least 15 new video titles and multimedia training packages a year - no mean feat! Qualifying in theatre, film and media studies, dramatic creativity is in Kathrein’s nature. Her vast experience working in film and media production in the UK and Germany means her technical knowledge and ability to solve problems are second to none, and with the support of her dedicated production co-ordinator, Amanda, she successfully manages up to 20 projects at any given time producing engaging, accurate and high quality training material.

Elaine Forrester
Position : Accounts Manager

Elaine has over 20 years accountancy experience, over half of which has been gained with Videotel. Elaine works hard to maintain good relationships with clients and goes out of her way to help and effect tasks, dealing with customer account queries, from invoicing to reconciliation.

Katie Gardner
Position : Administration Manager

Katie’s 10 years at Videotel have seen her rise to the vital position of Administration Manager. Dealing with the administration of all rental orders for new libraries, VOD machines, additional titles and updates, as well as oversees the despatch department, Katie’s meticulous eye for detail and commitment to client care ensures operations run smoothly.

Robin Jackson
Position : Producer, Special Projects

Robin has a wealth of experience as a writer and producer of documentary films, including several years managing Shell International's Video Unit.
With over 10 years working for Videotel, Robin has spearheaded many new projects, notably the company's move into multimedia programs and distance learning courses. His dedication, knowledge and commitment to quality mean he is a valued member of the team.

Pamela Storey
Position : Media Manager

Pam heads up the PR and Print department of Videotel. She is the voice behind the website, newsletters, brochures and more. Pam uses skills gained in media and communications to effect, delivering relevant and comprehensive content, shaping the advertising agenda and organising events. Marketing skills aside, Pam also uses her creativity and scruples to oversee print production of video support booklets, where she strives for stimulating and quality publications.
