Served as a Master and has more than 15 years of sea experience. Moved ashore in 1993 as a Marine Superintendent with a ship manning company in Mumbai. Then moved over to a leading Classification Society as a Surveyor and was also actively involved in ISM/ISO certification and consultation in India.
Thence moved to Hong Kong to take charge of the SNQ department in a ship management company for 8 years whilst being the Designated Person of the Company. Thereafter moved to the U.K. to teach in a Nautical College before joining Videotel.
