Videotel gains full Panama Maritime Authority approval for all courses

Recently the Panama Maritime Authority visited the Videotel Marine International London office to conduct an audit of our quality management system. This included our assessment and design, production and multimedia departments and resulted in full approval of our distance learning courses and CBT Interactive Courses.

The courses are developed in association with the IMO, based on the approved model courses. This approval is in line with STCW requirements, and enables Videotel to issue a flag state approved certificate for successful candidates.

Videotel gains full USCG approval for its Tanker Familiarization Course
In another important achievement, Videotel Marine International has also achieved a full certificate of approval of its Tanker Familirization Course from the United States Coast Guard. This meets all training requirements under the Code of Federal Regulations, subpart C of part 10, title 46, under USCG 46 CFR 13.409 for an original endorsement as Tankerman assistant and Tanker fammilirisation training requirements of the STCW code section A-V/1, paragraphs 1-7.
