I have received OTM Export files (.oxp) from my vessels to import into FTA. How do I do it?

  1. Copy the files sent to you from your vessels to a folder on your computer
  2. In FTA click the ‘Import’ icon on the toolbar found towards the top of the screen
  3. Click the ellipsis button (...) on the ‘Import Training Record’ form to select the folder you have saved the OTM export files in
  4. Click the ‘Import’ button
  5. The import will be processed and this can take a minute or two depending on the size of the OTM export. A progress bar is shown on the status bar of the FTA window.
