How do I enrol for online courses?

Firstly you need to navigate to our online courses microsite www.videoteltraining.com.

Here you will see the current available online courses

Clicking on a course option will provide you with additional information, relevant documentation and prices for online study.

When you are ready to enrol on the course click the 'enrol now' button.

Please note that some courses are available at both Standard and Advanced certification. Advanced certification usually costs more money and involves an element of project work which must be assessed separtely by our team of qualified assessors. For this reason it may be necessary to also send enrol forms by post. Information is provided on each course information page.

You will be asked if you are a new user or an existing user. If you have used Videotel online courses before you should choose 'existing user' so that we can record all your training records in a single account.

Whichever option you choose you will then a registration screen where you can update your details (existing user) or input them (new user)

When your registration details are complete you will be taken to a payment page where you will be offered payment options; either online payment through HSBC banking, by telephone or by post.

Choosing the online payment method will allow you instant access on completion of the transaction. You will receive an email from Videotel Support to tell you if the transaction has been successful and how to proceed.
