I have just imported new crew details sent to me from my Head Office but I cannot see the new crew members, where are they?

The Personnel Records screen has two viewing states. The main view shows all crew members who are currently signed on to the vessel.

To see the names of all crew members who have details registered in OTM

1. Select the ‘Crew List View’ tab in the ‘Personnel Records’ screen
2. Towards the bottom of the screen click the ‘All’ button to change the filter setting
3. You will now be able to select crew members and choose to edit their details to sign them on and off appropriately
