I want to print my reports but I cannot attach a printer to the VODBox, how do I do it?

Various reports are available within OTM and these can be viewed on your VODBox before choosing to export them to a VODStick so that they can be transferred to another computer for printing.

To export a chosen report to a VODStick, ensure the VODStick is inserted into your VODBox and choose the ‘Print’ button found toward the bottom of the ‘Personnel Records’ screen or the ‘Training Event Records’ screen. Different reports are available depending on the current tab selected within each of the screen. To preview a report before exporting it to the VODStick, click the ‘View’ button found towards the bottom of the screen.
