The default password is: OTM
Note: the password must be entered using upper case characters
The password can be changed after you enter the program.

Some customers are experiencing the following error while within the Training Sessions area of OTM.
Run-time error '-2147319765 (8002802b)': Automation Error
Solution:
Note: The following applies to the OTM program only, not OTM Plus.
Please complete the following steps:
1. Download the file otm_update21jan2003.zip to a convenient location on your computer.
2. Unzip otm_update21jan2003.zip,which contains the file otm_update21jan2003.exe.
3. Run otm_update21jan2003.exe, which is a self-extracting program that will install the otm files to a designated directory.
4. Please extract the files into the installation directory of OTM, the default location is "C:\Program Files\OTM". The old OTM.exe file will be overwritten.
5. Start OTM and enter the Training Sessions area. If you get the same error message, please contact and provide the following information:
* Your Windows Operating System (95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, XP Home or XP Pro)
* Your Operating System's Language Version (English, Norwegian, etc.)
* The Date and Regional Settings of your computer (Short Date Style, Long Date Style, etc.)
