The default password is: otm
Note: the password must be entered using lower case characters
The password can be changed after you enter the program.

How do I import training records from OTM?
OTMplus version 2.01.0029 and later, will import training records from OTM.
Please follow these steps:
1. If using Windows NT, 2000 or XP, please make sure you are logged in as an Administrator prior to installing OTMplus.
2. Install OTMplus. When asked about importing the Rank file, click YES to use the default file.
3. Enter ship information, when prompted, this includes the ship name and company.
4. Click 'Import' and then 'Import OTM data' from OTMplus menu. You will be asked to locate the OTM data file, it is in the OTM installation folder. When found, click Open to import training records.
5. Verify OTMplus is working correctly using the data imported from OTM. Please refer to the OTMplus help file, which is accessible from the Windows Start menu, to learn about OTMplus features.
6. Uninstall OTM after using OTMplus for a few days to insure the new program is working well.
How do I update the "Training Package" list?
We add training packages to our catalogue on a regular basis and sometimes this occurs before releasing a new version of OTMplus. Please complete the following steps to update the "Training Package" list within OTMplus.
1. Download the file OTM_Add.mdb to a convenient location on your computer.
2. Copy the file to a floppy disk or other removable media.
3. Start OTMplus & enter your password (default password: otm)
4. From the OTMplus top menu, select Import, then "Training Package List Records"
5. Select the drive, which contains the removable media with the file OTM_Add.mdb
6. Click Accept
7. If you get the alert window below, you have the most recent "Training Package" list. Please contact Videotel for additional assistance.
