Can I trial the program?
A trial option is not available.
What is a dongle?
1. A dongle is a device used to protect applications and data against unauthorized usage or duplication.
2. Videotel dongles attach to your computer’s parallel port (printer port).
3. A dongle attached to a parallel port will not interfere with printers or other peripheral devices connected to the port via the dongle, see below.

4. If you are using more than one dongle, link them together.
Can I install and run the program on more than one computer?
Each purchased or rented program is licensed for installation on one computer. If you would like to install and unlock the program on additional computers, please contact for information about purchasing additional licenses. For each additional paid licence, you will receive an additional dongle.
What do I enter for User Name and User ID when the program starts?
The User Name and ID you enter keeps your records separate from those of other users on the same computer. We suggest you enter your name as it is shown on your Seaman's Identity Card. If your company has issued a training ID number, please use it. Otherwise, choose an ID that is unique, will not change and contains NUMBERS ONLY (maximum 15).
